Twelve points at the end of the first half of the season, the result of four wins, three of which came in the final three rounds of the championship; eighth place in the SuperLega standings at the halfway point and qualification for the quarterfinals of the Del Monte® Coppa Italia. This is Vero Volley Monza’s record after the first half of the 2025-2026 season. This past weekend, the Brianza-based team did not take to the field, having moved up their league match a few weeks ago against Sir Susa Scai Perugia, who yesterday triumphed in the Club World Cup. Captain Thomas Beretta and his teammates are looking forward to the final two games of 2025, both against Itas Trentino, which could give further momentum to the team led by coach Massimo Eccheli. The team will play against Trentino on December 26th at the Opiquad Arena in Monza for the second round of the championship. Three days later, on the 29th, Vero Volley Monza will visit Itas in the match that will decide the Final Four of the Italian Cup.
