One thing is already certain: a Sir Safety Perugia player will win the 2025 VNL!
Two Block Devils will be protagonists in tomorrow’s Volleyball Nations League final, scheduled for tomorrow on the taralex court of the Beilun Sport and Arts Centre in Ningbo, China. Kick-off is at 1:00 PM Italian time (7:00 PM local time).

The Azzurri, led by Juventus playmaker Simone Giannelli—who will play his fifth consecutive season with Sir in the Italian championship—won a 3-1 victory over Slovenia in the first of the day’s two semifinals, with scores of 25-22, 22-25, 25-21, 25-18.

On the other side of the net, in tomorrow’s final, captain Giannelli will face his clubmate Kamil Semeniuk, another Juventus stalwart, where he will wear the Perugia jersey for the fourth consecutive year next season.

Having entered today’s semifinal, Semeniuk and his Poland team defeated Brazil with a resounding 3-0 victory at the end of an intense match, despite the scoreline. The former Juventus coach’s men had to work particularly hard to secure the first set, winning 28-26, before taking the remaining two sets with greater control, 25-19 and 25-21.
