The Polesine team has in fact decided to promote the 2007-born spiker Nicolò Maghenzani and the 2005-born middle blocker Jacopo Milan to the first team, protagonists last season with the Under 19/Under 20/Serie D nerofucsia group, engaged for the first time in the club’s history also in the prestigious Junior League.
Maghenzani, born in Adria and 189 centimeters tall, took his first steps at Project Star before joining the Delta Volley youth sector in the 2019/2020 season. Completely placed at number four, he has stood out in his career both in the youth championships (Under 13, 14, 17 and 19) and in the category championships, in particular Prima Divisione and Serie D.
Milan, born in Rovigo, 195 centimeters tall, began playing in Ellepi San Giusto and then arrived in Porto Viro in 2017/2018. In addition to having played in all the youth categories (Under 14, 16, 17, 19), he played two seasons in Serie D and had a first, brief experience in Serie A2 Credem Banca.
