Having fun, entertaining, and leading constant growth, both on and off the court. These are the main goals of Gabbiano Farmamed Mantova for the 2025-2026 season, well-summarized by captain Edoardo Gola in a recent interview with the local newspaper Gazzetta di Mantova.
A true locker room veteran (now in his tenth season with Gabbiano), despite his young age (born in 1999), Gola shares his feelings after the first training sessions of the season: “I remember when it was my turn to pick up the balls at the end of training in the gym. If I think that now a 2010-born player (the very young Cremonesi, ed.) will do it, I realize that time passes, but the desire to be a protagonist is still the same.”
