Allianz Powervolley Milano has chosen Central Italy as its destination for the next SuperLega season in 2025. After last year’s experience in Tuscany and Marche, President Lucio Fusaro’s club has landed in Umbria, where Scheggino and the PalaScheggino, a new multipurpose facility in Valnerina, are the setting for the Milanese team’s training camp. This afternoon, the ribbon-cutting ceremony brought together sport and the local community, with Fusaro, coach Roberto Piazza, and Deputy General Manager Sabrina Angelescu among the key figures at the inaugural ceremony, along with local and regional authorities.

In Scheggino, the team will complete days of technical training, while this weekend in Gubbio they will face two test matches against Cisterna Volley: Saturday behind closed doors and Sunday at 5:00 p.m. on the taraflex of the Multipurpose Gym, as part of the 13th edition of Spirito di Squadra, the tournament that unites high-quality volleyball and solidarity.
