The registrations of the players who will make up coach Jacopo Cuttini’s roster for the 2025-26 SuperLega season were finalized at the Volley Mercato, currently underway at the Zanhotel & Meeting Centergross in Bologna. The black and white team builds on some of the returning players from last season and is enriched with new additions.
The Sonepar Padova 25-26 roster will include setters Vuk Todorovic and Francesco Zoppellari, opposite hitters Tommaso Stefani and Veljko Masulovic, spikers Davide Gardini, Mattia Orioli, Tim Held, and Francesco Bergamasco, middle blockers Alberto Polo, Boris Nachev, Andrea Truocchio, and DiAeris Taila McRaven, and liberos Benjamin Diez and Alessandro Toscani.
“We approached the transfer market with great care and realism, aiming to create a balanced team, capable of counting on a greater number of alternatives and able to face the challenges of a long and intense season,” said Juventus General Manager Stefano Santuz. “We chose to focus on young athletes, supported by more experienced players capable of making an immediate contribution both on and off the pitch. These are motivated players, determined to carve out a significant role for themselves in the SuperLega and to give their all for the team. The spirit with which they chose Padua gives us hope: we know the road will be challenging, but we are confident in the path we have undertaken.”
