Joy Volley Gioia del Colle announces that, starting today, Francesco Racaniello will take over the coaching role of the first team competing in the Credem Banca Serie A3 championship.
Racaniello, already the team’s assistant coach, takes on the role of coach thanks to his knowledge of the group and the full continuity of the work he has been doing since the start of the season. This move stems from the club’s desire to inject new energy into the ongoing sporting journey by leveraging the skills within the coaching staff.
At the same time, coach Sandro Passaro will remain available to Joy Volley, offering his experience and professionalism to the club in other technical and sporting roles that will be assigned to him in the coming days.
“The club has decided to implement a new coaching structure, entrusting the team to Francesco Racaniello and keeping Sandro Passaro within the Joy Volley project,” stated President Gianni D’Elia. “We believe this is the best choice to face the upcoming challenges with determination and to continue the growth we intend to undertake.”
