High five! Volley Savigliano is pleased to announce that, also in the 2025/26 sports season, Lorenzo Rainero will be part of the central department of the first team, engaged in the Serie A3 Credem Banca championship.
The fifth confirmation in the roster trained by coach Serafini, therefore, is that of “Lollo”, who has now become a point of reference in the Savigliano central package, despite his young age. Born in 2002, Rainero actually grew up at Volley Savigliano, where he arrived at the time of the Under 16 after starting out in “his” Cavallermaggiore. In 2019/20 he made his debut in Serie A3 at Cuneo Volley (with whom he also played in A2), before returning home to begin his adventure among the “big boys” in white and blue. Four seasons later, here he is again, fresh from a year that, thanks to some physical ailments, still saw him score 41 total points.
