The second appointment of the Play Off 5° Posto is upon us, with Rana Verona who will take to the field again in front of the public of the Pala AGSM AIM a week after the winning debut against Milan. The kick-off for the challenge against Cisterna Volley is scheduled for Saturday at 20:00 and in view of the match Coach Simoni spoke at a press conference.

These are his words: “The match is complicated like all the others, because you have to understand which of the two setters they will line up with. They have one very experienced like Baranowicz and the other young and good like Fanizza. It will be a match to decipher as it goes along. The home factor is always there, here it is really beautiful to play because the crowd gives us an extra push. From a technical point of view we have some things to improve, and in fact I told the guys that we are not good yet. I also said, however, that we have acquired the ability to stay on the court even if we are not perfect. In the first set with Milan the counterattack did not work, then we became more incisive. We served reasonably well, even if we can do better, but we held our ground in reception and this gave us a big hand to bring home the match. Thanks to the work of all the staff we managed to recover the whole team, we train not always in the best conditions, but on Saturday we will all be available”.
