SSD Sport Specialist and the entire team join together in deep sorrow and regret at the news of the passing of Dr. Giuseppe Cormaci, a figure of inestimable value to the world of volleyball and Calabrian sports. The Sport Specialist team wishes to express its deepest condolences for the loss of a man who dedicated his life to sport with unparalleled commitment and professionalism. “Giuseppe Cormaci is a person who, even personally, gave so much,” said Antonio Polimeni, first team coach and founder of the Domotek Volley project. “He was the first person who believed in me and was part of my growth journey, not only professionally but also personally. We had a relationship that went beyond volleyball, a brotherly bond, from father to son, that lasted until the end. He often followed us during matches and never failed to offer a message in moments of joy and, especially, in moments of sorrow.”
