Prisma La Cascina Taranto has a fascinating away trip, taking on Consar Ravenna this Sunday at one of the most historic venues in Italian volleyball, the Pala De Andrè.

This match will be especially meaningful for coach Gianluca Graziosi, a former player of the day, who spent a season in Ravenna in the Superleague, leaving fond memories in Romagna.

The Ravenna team began the season showing solidity and character: in their opening match, they beat Portoviro in a tie-break, while on the second day, they only lost in the fifth set against Macerata, confirming their ability to play at a high pace and never give up.

Among the standouts was Zlatanov, who scored 24 points in the final match, along with fellow offensive threat Valkinov, both key players in coach Valentini’s attack. Setter Russo is also not to be underestimated, capable of bringing great speed to the game and being particularly dangerous on serve, while Canella’s presence in the center guarantees quality both in attack and at the block.
