Sir Susa Scai Perugia’s preparations for next season’s numerous matches are in full swing: as announced in the press conference, the series of joint training sessions begins next Saturday, September 13th, and will continue weekly until the Block Devils’ departure for Tokyo.
These are important opportunities for both the players and the coaching staff to test the various technical and tactical strategies tested in this initial period on the field against an outside opponent. Next Saturday, September 13th, Cisterna Volley will be at PalaBarton Energy, a team preparing to compete in the Superleague championship again this year, after a change on the bench and some key reinforcements.
Warm-ups are scheduled to begin at 5:30 PM.
Meanwhile, the double sessions continue under the Perugia stadium’s vaults: this morning, the players were busy in the gym, first with a prevention session, then with metabolic work. The afternoon will be dedicated to the usual training on the Taraflex, which gradually increases in intensity and technical refinement, also thanks to the contribution of some boys from the Sir Its Umbria Academy Perugia B series and the young French spiker, born in 2006, Adrien Roure, who will train with the Block Devils until September 18th.
