Sonepar Padova’s 2025-26 season officially began this morning, Tuesday, August 26th. The first team’s training camp took place at the Kioene Arena, kicking off the journey toward the next SuperLega Championship. Part of Coach Jacopo Cuttini’s roster was present for the event, along with the technical and medical staff, management, and some Juventus partners.
The athletes who arrived in Padua over the weekend were present: Davide Gardini, Francesco Zoppellari, Tommaso Stefani, Alberto Polo, Alessandro Toscani, Francesco Bergamasco, Mattia Orioli, Andrea Truocchio, and Tim Held. The foreign athletes, however, were absent due to their respective national teams and will join the group in the coming weeks.
After physical and medical tests conducted yesterday and this morning, the group led by Coach Jacopo Cuttini began an intense and varied preparation. The program includes weight training sessions in the gym, technical work on the Taraflex, pool sessions, and training on the beach volleyball courts. The week will be divided into two sessions a day, with physical work in the morning and technical work in the afternoon.
