Interview with Vice President Elisabetta Zelatore: “Motivation, human quality and competence: this is how we chose the Prisma Taranto staff”
Vice President, important confirmations have arrived for the technical staff of Prisma Taranto Volley. Can you explain to us what criteria guided your choice?
“For the choice of the technical staff, very careful and conscious evaluations were made. The first concerns an aspect that is fundamental for us: the human quality of the people. We wanted to surround ourselves with professionals who were not only technically capable, but also solid in terms of values. The second evaluation concerned the attachment that these people have shown to the Company and the City. And the third – certainly not in order of importance – is that of the skills: each member of the staff has demonstrated a very high level of preparation.”
Can you give us some concrete examples?
“Our history speaks for each of us. Coach Graziosi’s results and career speak for him. The same goes for Alessandro Giosa, who we now consider a Prisma man. We also know the value of Giuseppe Pisano, who has already worked for two years with our Sports Director Lorizio both as an assistant coach and as a scout. He is a figure who gives solidity and continuity to the project.”
