Negrini CTE Acqui Terme draws from the territory in its project to enhance local talents by bringing back to the province of Alessandria the very young talent from Novi Ligure Daniele Volpara who will work alongside Filippo Trombin in the libero sector.
Born in 2009, Daniele can already boast a first experience in professionalism, in fact, after completing the youth path in Pallavolo Novi, he made an important leap in quality by moving to Diavoli Rosa di Brugherio, one of the most prestigious youth sectors in Italy where he made his debut in Serie A3, and then returned to his city where he played in the Serie B championship. In the season played with the Diavoli Rosa jersey he collected important results, conquering several podiums at national level: “Third national places in Under 15 and Under 17 and the victory in the Trofeo delle Regioni with the Lombardy selection” says Daniele.
In the 2023/2024 season he had the opportunity to train permanently with the first team in Serie A3, making his debut in the category and gaining experience in the professional championship. “In Brugherio I had the opportunity to grow and get closer to the world of Serie A, it was a fundamental step for my growth”.
Now the choice to continue his career in professionalism with a local team: “I am very happy to join this team. Returning to my province to continue my career is a source of great pride for me. I will certainly be able to learn a lot and grow further”.
