Five meetings to get to know each other better, learn to work as a team, and face challenges with greater awareness. The #ACE 3.0 training program, promoted by Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza and curated by the La Ricerca Foundation of Piacenza, concluded with great participation and enthusiasm.
The project’s protagonists are the youth sector athletes who live in the red and white guesthouse: young people who share not only the gym, training, and matches every day, but also an important journey of personal and human growth.
Guided by Dr. Michele Bisagni, sports psychologist, psychotherapist, and freelancer at the La Ricerca ETS Foundation of Piacenza, and Dr. Andrea Praolini Lanza, professional educator at the same foundation, the young volleyball players participated in five meetings rich in insights, discussion, and sharing.
The program focused on key themes such as “The Best of Me,” dedicated to discovering and enhancing one’s strengths, and “The Importance of the Group,” the true beating heart of every team. The series of meetings concluded with a “Final Review” session, an opportunity to discuss the sporting year, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and ideas for the future.
