Volley Tricolore adds a highly experienced middle blocker to its middle blocking department ahead of the 2026/2027 Serie A2 season. The Granata club is pleased to announce the arrival of Martins Arasomwan, an Italian-Nigerian middle blocker born in 1995, fresh from his last season with Rinascita Lagonegro in Serie A2.
A 200-centimeter middle blocker, he has gained extensive experience in national leagues throughout his career, making appearances in the SuperLega and Serie A2 leagues and playing for major clubs such as Monza, Cantù, Mondovì, Santa Croce, Ravenna, Aversa, and Lagonegro.
The new Granata middle blocker brings a wealth of experience: over 200 appearances in the SuperLega and Serie A2 leagues and more than 1,000 points scored in Serie A, numbers that demonstrate consistency, reliability, and quality both at blocking and in attack.
An experienced and reliable addition to the Granata’s central defense, they will be able to count on the technical and human qualities of an athlete accustomed to competing on high-level stages.
