Federico Buffa’s powerful and compelling story—the “storyteller of two worlds,” capable of blending sport and culture into a single narrative—made the most profound impression on the gala evening held at the evocative Villa Boccabianca. Alongside him was Davide Romani, a key volleyball journalist for La Gazzetta dello Sport and author of the book “La prima volta che ti ho visto,” which was presented as a preview. These two voices inspired an event strongly supported by title sponsor Yuasa Battery and dedicated to the M&G Volleyball School, designed to thank the club’s partners.
The broad participation of local businesses confirmed the club’s strong ties with a constantly evolving sporting community, despite its recent relegation to Serie A2. This development did not diminish the vision of the club led by Rossano Romiti, which is increasingly focused on investing in youth development and social activities. This approach was shared by the institutions present, including Prefect Edoardo D’Alascio and Deputy Prefect Alessandro Annunziata, as well as the local mayors, demonstrating the value the M&G project holds for the entire community.
