Coming directly from the Superleague (Cuneo side) and, in the previous two years, a key player in Serie A2 with Siena and Grottazzolina, Claudio Cattaneo’s adventure now begins at Essence Hotels Fano.
A reception specialist and classic “man of order,” the Ligurian introduces himself as follows: “I’m a player who likes to play the ‘hot’ balls of the game,” Cattaneo smiles, “to attack and serve in key moments, that is, to be present in character when the moment counts.”
The Pietra Ligure player doesn’t shy away from his comments: “Coach Bonitta’s presence, a strong roster, and a reputable club,” Cattaneo reiterates, “led me to accept the Fano project. I miss the adrenaline rush of the pitch, even though I’ve made a few appearances in the Superleague this year.”
