Del Monte Junior League in Bologna

Bologna will host the 33rd edition of the Del Monte® Junior League, the “Trofeo Massimo Serenelli”: from Sunday, May 31st to Tuesday, June 2nd, the day of the finals, eight of the best clubs in the Credem Banca Serie A are ready to battle it out to lift the trophy. The event, organized by Lega Pallavolo Serie A in collaboration with Pallavolo Bologna, is open to Under-20 teams.

The entire tournament will be broadcast live on YouTube on the Lega Pallavolo Serie A channel. Del Monte®, Gold Sponsor of the Championships and Title Sponsor of Lega Pallavolo Serie A events, will also be present, distributing its products to athletes and spectators during the event.

The matches will be played at two venues: the Palazzetto dello Sport in Ozzano dell’Emilia (Pitch 1) and the PalaZanetti in San Lazzaro di Savena (Pitch 2). Bologna is thus preparing to host the event, which brings together some of the country’s top talent, for the third consecutive year.

Last year, Mint Vero Volley Monza triumphed in the final against Consar Ravenna, aiming for a repeat victory. Both the Brianza and Romagna teams are among the participating teams, along with Valsa Group Modena, Itas Trentino, Sir Susa Scai Perugia, Allianz Milano, Romeo Sorrento, and MO.RE. Reggio Emilia.
