Slovenian team ACH Volley Ljubljana will be Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza’s next opponent in the CEV Volleyball Cup semifinals. The first leg will be played at the PalabancaSport stadium between March 24 and 26, with the return match in Slovenia a week later, between March 31 and April 2.
ACH Volley Ljubljana, relegated to the CEV Cup after finishing third in Group A of the CEV Champions League, defeated Turkish team Fenerbahce in the quarterfinals, also winning the return leg in Turkey 3-1 (25-19, 19-25, 21-25, 16-25 for the Slovenians) after winning the first leg 3-2 (25-17, 21-25, 25-16, 23-25, 16-14).
