150 people gathered at the Eurosuole Forum to bid Cucine Lube Civitanova farewell to the 2025/26 season with an oversized hug. On Friday evening, the Lube nel Cuore supporters brought a giant cake to the sports hall with a huge “thank you” on it, closing out an exciting season with the management and athletes.
A pleasant moment on the sidelines, reliving together the stages of a championship marked by the exploits of Giampaolo Medei’s team in the Scudetto playoffs, all the way to the final for the Italian title. Captain Fabio Balaso, middle blockers Marko Podrascanin and Davi Tenorio, as well as opposite hitter Pablo Kukartsev, many staff members, and the club’s top management were present to reciprocate the affection. The rousing chants from the fans and the players’ victory dances added verve to a lively evening full of surprises. Among the funniest moments were the numerous ad hoc awards, handed out with a generous dose of irony by Giuliana Grifantini, president of the fans, and the entire LNC board. The certificates and merchandise received by CEO and Vice President Albino Massaccesi and General Manager Beppe Cormio were particularly applauded for their dedication and emotional approach to matches.
