Last season was certainly a difficult one in many ways, culminating in our relegation to Serie A3 Credem Banca.
I must say, however, that despite five 3-2 wins, most notably against Prata at the end of last year, a team that recently was promoted to the Credem Banca Superleague, as well as the away derby against Brescia, and two 3-2 losses, we then recorded over 50% of our matches lost 3-1 after more than two hours of battle.
As with all things, we must now turn the page and begin a new adventure.
Some of you have already settled into excellent Serie A2 Credem Banca teams for next year, and I think some have even joined the Credem Banca Superleague, which demonstrates the quality of last year’s team’s technical and human qualities, which perhaps never fully expressed themselves.
I must say, however, that the group has always worked with commitment and dedication, thanks also to the coaching staff who supported them throughout the season.
Best of luck to everyone for your future, and I hope that the year spent at Libertas will always remain in your hearts with a positive memory, confident that the future will bring you new rewards.
