Tinet Prata rounds out the Superleague roster with a promising center who will bring enthusiasm and energy to the yellow-blue center spot. Federico Frassanella, born in 2005, comes from the Trentino Volley youth system. There’s a common thread linking him to Prata, as the new Passerotto was coached during his time at Lagaris by the Technical Director of the Prata Volley Academy, Francesco Gagliardi.
“I’m obviously delighted with Prata’s call,” says the Trentino middle blocker. “The Superleague is the league everyone aspires to, and after his impressive youth career and experience in Serie B, it’s a significant step forward, but I can’t wait to get started.”
What did you know about Prata?
“Over the years, the club has built a strong reputation, thanks in part to its victories. Then I spoke about it with Francesco Gagliardi, who was one of the most important coaches in my career, as was Francesco Conci in Trento. It’s certainly a pleasure to have Gagliardi back here.”
