Fulvio Roncoroni is the new Technical Director of the Campi Reali Cantù Youth Sector. A right-hand man to his predecessor Alessio Zingoni from the very beginning, the Olgiate Comasco-born Coach will take over after four years of daily work alongside him. The goal: to continue the experience begun under the Tuscan coach and perhaps bring some youth sector players into the first team, which will compete in the Credem Banca Serie A3 championship in the 2026/2027 season.

I would like to thank President Ambrogio Molteni and Sporting Director Maurizio Cairoli for the appointment as Technical Director, which I am deeply honored by. It was an easy decision for me to accept, for two reasons in particular: first, the youth sector has always been my “first love”; Secondly, the opportunity to do so here in Cantù, continuing the journey begun four years ago with my predecessor, Alessio Zingoni, was a motivation I couldn’t ignore.
I also want to remember a person who is no longer with us but who contributed significantly to the development of the youth sector: Stefano ‘Tete’ Pozzi. I also feel “obliged” to continue this commitment for him.
The priority will therefore be to consolidate what we’ve built so far, with the ambition of making Cantù a hub for men’s youth volleyball in the area.
This year, we managed to give a boy his debut in the Credem Banca Serie A2, and for the fourth consecutive year, we are the club with the highest number of athletes called up to the Como Regional Representative Team. These are two results that are by no means a given, but they should make us proud and encourage us to continue to improve.
Next season, we will present all the youth teams, from Under 13 to Under 19; We will also take part in the Serie championships, probably in the Division, with teams made up entirely of young players from the youth team.
