Your confirmation as part of the A3 coaching staff is certainly a source of pride and satisfaction for me. Working with Nicola and Luca for the third consecutive year is a pleasure, because in addition to our professional connection, over these years we’ve also consolidated a personal friendship, creating an excellent relationship based on mutual respect and esteem.
We’re starting again in A3, but still full of energy. What kind of championship do you expect?
Restarting in A3 is a motivation to continue striving to do well in a category that saw us play a leading role two years ago. From my perspective, we’re doing so with the confidence that comes from a strong season in A2, but also with the awareness that humility is needed, given that each new season represents a journey to be built through hard work and never taking anything for granted, but at the same time, strengthened by the knowledge and experience we’ve acquired over the years. So, personally, I’m approaching it with great enthusiasm.
