Grussu in Sarroch

There are those who wait for the right moment, and those who decide to seek it out.
Ivan Grussu certainly belongs to the latter category.
Born in 2007, originally from Carbonia and raised in an area that has always been one of the cradles of Sardinian volleyball, the new Gialloblù spiker arrives at Volley Sarroch after his experience away from home with Montecchio in Serie B.
A far from easy choice for a boy his age, one he faced with courage and maturity. While pursuing his sporting dream, Ivan also pursued another important challenge: his academic career, which now sees him preparing for his final exams.
This is precisely what impressed the Sarroch management. Not only the athletic qualities of a boy capable of demonstrating great elevation and significant room for growth, but above all his attitude. His willingness to work, his ability to face difficulties without looking for shortcuts, the ambition of someone who dreams big while keeping his feet firmly on the ground.
