Plus Volleyball Sabaudia adds quality and perspective to its roster with the arrival of Hungarian Bálint Kecskeméti, a 2003-born spiker and member of the Hungarian national team, who is preparing for his first experience in the Italian Serie A3 championship. After playing in Hungary and Austria, the young center-four player arrives in Sabaudia with the goal of continuing his development in one of Europe’s most competitive nations.
The opportunity to wear the Plus Sabaudia jersey arose thanks to contacts established through a former teammate, who put him in touch with Davide Gollini. “It was Gollini himself who offered me this extraordinary opportunity, and honestly, it didn’t take long to convince me,” Bálint admits. “I’m eagerly awaiting the start of the season: in recent years, I’ve received so much positive feedback from players who have played in the Italian championship, and I’m convinced that this represents an important step forward for my career. I’m also looking forward to working with coach Michele Totire, from whom I think I can really learn a lot.”
