Agustin Loser is staying with Perugia! The Argentine center-back has officially confirmed his contract with the Bianconeri, returning to Sir Susa Scai after two consecutive, successful seasons. The player sees this renewal as a confirmation: “It means a lot to me. Staying with one of the best teams in the world isn’t easy, and I’m very happy to have achieved it. I’m thrilled to continue this journey with the team, the club, and the fans!”

He arrived in Perugia in the 2024/25 season after two years in Milan. In just two years, he won six trophies with the Bianconeri: two Super Cups, two Champions Leagues, a Club World Cup, and a Scudetto.

The Argentine center-back was well aware that he was joining a top team with great ambitions and a trophy hunt, a team with which he could begin winning in the Italian league, following the titles he had already won in the Argentine league. And his progress in just two seasons has far exceeded his expectations: “I knew I was joining a very strong team with great ambitions, but winning so much in a short time is never a given. Behind every trophy is a lot of hard work every day. We’ve built something special, and I’m very grateful to be part of this group!”

243 points and 58 blocks in two seasons: In two seasons at Perugia, the middle blocker scored 243 points, including 94 break points in 30 matches in the Italian championship alone, between the regular season and playoffs. He scored 165 winners, 20 aces, and 58 blocks. These numbers confirm his growth in performance at his position, the result of constant work with his teammates and the Juventus coaching staff, and also the result of an environment that aims high and has ambitious goals to pursue every season. This aspect is something motivating that pushes him to give his best every day: “It pushes you to give something more every day. At a club like this, you can never relax, because the goal is always to win and improve. Training with teammates of this caliber helps you grow so much.”
