Avimec Modica continues to work tirelessly to build the roster for coach Enzo Distefano, ready to take on the upcoming Serie A3 championship as a key player.
In the past few hours, Modica management has officially announced the arrival of middle blocker Lorenzo Caciagli at Castello dei Conti.
Born in 2000 and standing 197 centimeters tall, the new middle blocker in the Contea team is originally from Reggio Emilia and last season faced the “Galletti” while playing for Green Volley Galatone.
Having grown up with Conad Reggio Emilia, a team with which he also played in Serie A2, Lorenzo Caciagli has also gained experience in the lower categories, playing in a Serie C championship with VV.F. Reggio Emilia and with AMA San Martino, where he played in the Serie B tournament, before returning to Conad Reggio Emilia. In Serie A3, he played with Stadium Pallavolo Mirandola and secured relegation last season with Galatone. Now, he’s been called up by Avimec Modica, which he’ll face with renewed enthusiasm, ready to join a team aiming for the top spots in the Blue Group standings.
