From Trento to Grottazzolina, from Grottazzolina to Padua. Marco Pellacani, a 210-centimeter-tall center from Friuli, born in 2004, brings his 210-centimeter stature to the black and white team for what promises to be a pivotal moment in his career. A computer engineering student and sports enthusiast, Marco is one of those guys who never stops. He spent his youth years in Trento, joined the first team with Fabio Soli and won a Scudetto, then moved to Grottazzolina for his first season away from home. Each step has left its mark, and now it’s Padua’s turn.

“I chose Padua because it’s a club known for working very well with young players, and when the call came, I was very happy. I think it’s exactly the kind of team and the kind of work I need right now. I didn’t hesitate at all. I’m also very happy because I’ll be playing with players I know from past teams, like Alessandro and Amir, or from the national team, like Mattia and Andrea. Arriving with so many familiar faces will certainly help create a much more united group, even with all the new additions, which I think is essential for a team.”
