Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza is pleased to announce the arrival of Francesco Rizzo, a libero born in 2008, to the first team. He has been promoted from the red and white youth academy and is ready to begin his first season in the SuperLega.
This marks an important milestone in the development of the young athlete. After starting his volleyball career with Volley Life Viterbo, he joined Piacenza last season, continuing his development in the red and white youth academy, playing in Serie C and the Under-19 team. Starting in the 2026-2027 season, he will become a permanent member of the first team, having completed the entire preseason with the first team last season, including two friendly matches. He has a one-year contract.
