As happened during Game 1 of the SuperLega Credem Banca Scudetto Playoffs, Credem Banca and Lega Pallavolo Serie A took place before kickoff of the second round between Cucine Lube Civitanova and Sir Susa Scai Perugia, with a child handing over the official match ball to the referees.
In the moments before the match, after the referees greeted and introduced themselves, young Alessio, an athlete from the Cucine Lube Civitanova youth sector, handed the ball to Rossella Piana, the match’s second referee, to the applause of a sold-out Eurosuole Forum in every sector.
As with Game 1, the initiative is promoted by Title Sponsor Credem Banca and Lega Pallavolo Serie A and goes beyond a simple symbolic gesture.
