The curtain also falls on the second day of competition of the Del Monte® Junior League, whose 32nd edition is taking place in Bologna, between the Palasport of Ozzano dell’Emilia (theater of tomorrow’s Final) and the Pala Savena of San Lazzaro di Savena. The afternoon challenges have provided new verdicts: the Final, scheduled for Monday 2 June at 4:00 pm, with a live YouTube broadcast on the Lega Pallavolo Serie A channel, a dedicated television production and commentary entrusted to two “well-known voices” of volleyball such as Piero Giannico and Andrea Brogioni, will see Mint Vero Volley Monza compete, who will try to repeat the success of 2022/23 and Consar Ravenna, fresh from the victory in the last edition.
Mint Vero Volley Monza was able to get the better of Trento in just 3 sets: the Dolomites tried to stay hooked to the Brianza train, especially in the first and second set, but it was in the third that Monza ran riot, closing on 25-13.
On the other side of the net there will be Consar Ravenna: forced to chase for the entire duration of the Semifinal against Valsa Group Modena, the Romagna group had the merit of extending in the decisive moments, taking home the success and the consequent pass to the Final thanks to the tie-break won.

LA FORMULA – DEL MONTE® JUNIOR LEAGUE
Al termine della fase a gironi verrà stilata un’unica classifica (secondo il criterio della classifica avulsa) che delineerà la fase finale: le prime 4 formazioni avanzeranno alle Semifinali, la quinta e la sesta “spareggeranno” per il 5° e 6° Posto finale, e allo stesso modo la settima e l’ottava giocheranno per il 7°e 8° posto. L’ultima classifica del Girone termina invece la Junior League classificandosi al 9° posto.
