Gioia del Colle was back to winning ways against Mantova after losing against Santa Croce. It has become the team’s trademark to finish it at the tie-break and so it happened once again. The coach is not surprised anymore of these ups and downs during the games.
“To be honest what really surprised me was to win 3-0 against Isernia and Castellana – explained coach Cannestracci – Whoever thought this would be the real Gioia del Colle, I’m sorry to say this is not the case. I’ve always said it, from the beginning, and I will continue to repeat it, my team will never win the points with ease, we’ll have to sweat. All the games are the same, be that against the top teams or others, nothing will ever be taken for granted”.
