Both parts, club and player, were happy to renew Alberto Niero’s contract for the upcoming season. The 24-year-old setter will have another opportunity to learn and improve his game alongside a volleyball icon like Michele De Giorgi, a right he earned by offering an excellent 2008-09 season. Alberto Niero came up in Treviso’s youth ranks and gathered a record number of titles at this level.
