The battle lasted over two hours against this tenacious Roma team but in the end Sant Croce had to surrendered 3-1. A couple of mistakes in the crunch time cost the ‘wolves’ dearly. Despite the loss, the team now knows it can play face to face with Roma. Santa Croce will host game 2 on Thursday, hoping to win and go back to the capital for the decider.
