Tamburo’s 23 points were not enough to open the season with a victory against Loreto but the outside hitter looks ahead with confidence.
“I think it is difficult to find explanations for Sunday’s defeat (2-3) – said Tamburo – I think we started off well but then I don’t know exactly what happened. Still, I think we have expressed good volleyball at times and I think we can build on the things done in the first two sets. When we played at our best, we proved we could make it hard for many opponents. That’s my opinion anyway”.
