What a derby!

What a spectacular derby it’s been! Città di Castello and Perugia are two teams that will surely be amongst the main protagonists this season and they gave it a right battle that lasted two hours and a half. There were very few mistakes and great volleyball. In the end, only the minimum margin in the fifth set could separate the two teams: 16-14 in fabour of Città di Castello. Coach Ricci had got Lehtonen and Noda Blanco back just on time. The two players had arrived from international duty just a couple of hours before the game.
