Latina to play Game 2 in Frosinone. Thursday’s A1 and A2 preview
Changes of schedule
The playoff semi-final Game 2 between Latina and Trento will eventually be played in Frosinone at 4.30pm on Sunday April 15. Still on Sunday, the semi-final of the Challenge Cup qualifications between Roma and Belluno will be at 3.30pm.

Playoff semi-final game 1 coming up
The playoff semi-finals will kick on Thursday with Trento, Macerata, Cuneo and Latina, which won their respective quarter-final groups. The series will be played on the best of three games.

Osmany Juantorena (Itas Diatec Trentino): “This will be a particularly difficult semi-final to read. We’ll be up against an extremely motivated team boosted by last weekend results. All the pressure will be on us and we also have the bad memories of the defeat conceded on January 5 in Latina. This was our only defeat away from home in the whole regular season, so this challenge cannot be taken lightly. But we have to stay composed and play our volleyball. Nobody could ever underestimate a semi-final opponent, we have to understand that if we play at our usual standard things will become easier”.
Daniele Tailli (Andreoli Latina): “My teammates really helped me to settle down when I came on last Monday, now we’re all enjoying this semi-final qualification. This was my first time. When De Pandis got hurt I knew I could come in and I tried to focus to come in ready. The emotion was overwhelming at the start, it was great to play against a team that could still win and qualify for the semi-finals
