Zaytsev denial: “Haven’t signed for anyone”

“Many teams want me but I haven’t signed for anyone”. These were the words of Zaytsev which put an end to the rumours that were quick to send him away from the capital following Roma’s home defeat against Verona. “I have personally not done anything to feed these rumours – he added – Nothing of all this is true and I am a bit annoyed because that creates further distraction for the club, which is already going through a difficult moment. The only thing I can confirm is that some Italian clubs have shown interest. I consider all this normal, and I am flattered because this means I am highly rated in Italian volleyball but I repeat, I haven’t singed any contract nor have I promised anything to anyone”.
