D-day has arrived. The first home game of Reggio’s return in the Serie A. Coach Luca Cantagalli led his men to a splendid debut game in Brescia (3-0) and now they’ll try to add to the excitement that has been building up as they take on Alessano, another promoted side. Among their players, there is former Reggio star Michele Grassano, who spent two years at Reggio Emilia in 2010-11 and 2012-13.
“I know Miky and their second setter – said Alessandro Tondo who is from Lecce – But I know we’ll have to be very careful. My debut as outside hitter? It went rather well in Brescia, even if I still have to adapt to many aspects given that I haven’t covered this position for three years”.
