Led by a superb Michalovic who scored a huge 29 points, Vibo Valentia registered its first home victory of the season against Siena 3-1. The team from Tuscany played face to face with Vibo but in the end the hosts came out on top to put the Civita Castellana defeat behind them. Vibo’s blocking made the difference, with captain Forni collecting an incredible 8 blocks. As for Siena, Majdak’s hot hand (23 points at 49%) and Marchisio, excellent in reception and dig, were not enough to stop Vibo on the night.
