The team of President Pieri went 2-0 down against Mondovì but fought back to bring back home two crucial points from this tough road game. Mondovì had inflicted no less than 11 blocks in the first two sets, and the first had been a lesson (25-14). But the rest was a whole different story. The tie-break turned into a real battle with Mondovì angry and desperate to fight back. The set was filled with long rallies and costly mistakes.
