Coach Bertini: “Some tough oppositions, we need a good start”

Head coach Fluvio Bertini was interviewed ahead of the new season: “We have been inserted in Group A, this is what we expected, no surprises there. This is not an easy group, I’d say there’s a lot of quality, well-built teams. I think the level got higher with top foreign players. The more I think about it the more I think this is a very tough group, we’ll need a good start. We start with Potenza Picena, a team that cannot be underestimated, they have a well-balanced roster, just like Ortona, our next opponent. Then, Castellana Grotte and Siena will follow and they are two teams aiming for the top places, they have put together rosters to aim high, especially Siena, who is the favourite of the group”.
