The third week of pre-season training promises to be even more intense than the previous one as athletic trainer Giacomo Paone tells us : « We’ve worked on sand from the first week, in the swimming pool and in the gym without jump too. At the end of the second wekk the fitness level of the group had significantly gone up. In the third week, the load of work will increase further with the arrival of another athletic trainer, Pozzi, and coach Bagnoli will also offer a novelty with some work on the grass aimed at testing coordination, speed and strength ».
