Last days of vacation for the Block Devils!
At least for those few who will respond present at the meeting set by coach Andrea Anastasi for the evening of Monday 8 August. A convivial meeting and then the following morning off to the first day of preparation under the supervision of the new Juventus coach and his staff.
Few players from the first team will sweat between PalaBarton and the weight room. With the others involved in preparing for the World Cup with their respective national selections, next Monday in Perugia there will be four of them: Massimo Colaci, Kamil Rychlicki, Sebastian Solè and Stefano Mengozzi while Wilfredo Leon will continue his recovery work after knee surgery.
To direct the operations for what concerns physical activity there will always be the athletic trainer Sebastiano Chittolini, on the field instead, to regain confidence with the ball and with the game fundamentals, Anastasi will enjoy the collaboration of the assistant coach Antonio Valentini, of the assistant coach Andrea Piacentini and scout Francesco Monopoli.
The team will carry out a first part of purely physical and technical recovery work, then with the numerical increase that will occur along the way, some friendly tests will be carried out to regain pace of play and to develop Anastasi’s technical-tactical ideas.

THE PREPARATION OF BLOCK DEVILS FOR THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP STARTS
With the beginning of August, the countdown for several Juventus athletes in view of the World Championships scheduled from 26 August to 11 September in Poland and Slovenia also starts. There are nine Block Devils in preparation for the world championship event in search of a place in the fourteen of the competition. Giannelli, Russo and Piccinelli meet today with the Italian national team in Cavalese, Semeniuk will do the same with his Poland, Flavio and Ropret will be columns respectively of Brazil and Slovenia, Plotnytskyi will lead Ukraine as captain while Herrera and Cardenas, fresh of victory in the Challenger Cup with consequent access to the VNL 2023, they will look for a place in the flight that will take Cuba to the World Cup.
