Marco Spagnol with Monge Gerbaudo

Volley Savigliano announces its first market hit: Marco Spagnol, spiker / opposite, born in 2000, originally from Treviso, coming from Geetit Volleyball Bologna opposing last season.
Marco began his volleyball career in the provincial team of his area near Treviso, where he plays up to the Under 18 championship. The first transfer is to the team of the major city, the Treviso volleyball, where he plays Under 20 and for the first time in the series B. The following year he moves to Ferrara where he plays again in Serie B and where he begins his studies in sports science.
In the 20/21 season he arrives at Geetit Volleyball Bologna, an ambitious club that plays in Serie B and where Marco Spagnol becomes one of the protagonists for promotion to Serie A3 by embracing an excellent project of an experienced team with the addition of young talents.
Last year he played his first A3 championship, proving to be a real tough nut to crack with his 442 points this season; unfortunately, the Bologna season ends in the penultimate place condemning Marco and his teammates to relegation.
Contacted by Volley Savigliano, he immediately reveals himself interested and flattered by the call and after signing for the 22/23 season he feels motivated, enthusiastic and convinced that he can have a good year both as a team and in personal growth.

He tells us that the best success of his career was the promotion from Serie B to Serie A3 with Bologna not only for the volleyball he played but for the friendships he found in the Emilian capital.
The most difficult moment, however, was the first year in Treviso because he was far from home, with the new Serie B challenge and with little certainty of always being on the pitch.
Dreams in the drawer: Marco tells us that at a volleyball level he would be playing in Serie A2 (will he be ready to bring Volley Savigliano to promotion ?!).
