Guaranteeing new impetus to a club that perfectly understands how important it is to always look ahead, have a vision of the future and serious and sustainable planning in order to continue to be a protagonist. It is with this will that Trentino Volley has chosen to entrust Ing. Daniele Di Cristina, Top Manager with experience in large multinationals, the position of General Manager of the Club. It was officially presented today to the press at the Trentino Marketing headquarters.
Originally from Trentino, fifty-two years old in November, Di Cristina will take care of corporate management, personally taking care of the administrative, commercial and organizational aspects of the Campione d’Italia Sodalizio. The new General Manager will be operational from Tuesday 5 September.
“Our path of consolidation continues under the banner of sustainability, understood in the broadest and at the same time most concrete sense of the term – said Mauro Poli, Vice President of Trentino Volley -: Trentino Volley has its roots in this area and is with this territory that intends to continue to grow. The social impact we generate is significant and goes far beyond the show and the victories. We are a volleyball company with distributed share capital – one of the few examples in Italy. We are committed to interpreting the future by focusing on the awareness that this Company is a common good to be protected and strengthened, always. All this without forgetting the sporting results, which will always be one of our great objectives and which have made Trentino Volley known throughout the world”.
“Almost two years after my appointment as President of Trentino Volley, I can say that I am very proud of what we have achieved – these are the words of Bruno Da Re – . The Governance of the Company defined in 2021 is on the way. We have faced a significant cultural change and it has not always been easy. Daniele’s entry is in the line that we have already traced: an initiative declined to the future, which looks to the continuity of the company, to its economic and managerial sustainability. A Manager who has shown open-mindedness and great attention to the people and talents he expresses on the field joins the team. It is a human characteristic that resembles us, we bring it onto the pitch every time we play.”
