After second line and middle, a first graft of the Videx Yuasa to come finally arrives in the band. The partnership from the Marche draws again from the South and again from Castellana Grotte, a team with which Claudio Cattaneo (just like the already announced Andrea Marchisio) played in the last A2 series championship, winning a seventh place in the regular season and the round of 16 playoffs . The personal roadmap speaks of 26 matches played, 66 sets played and 146 points overall (116 winning attacks, 14 aces and 16 block-points).
Class of ’97, 192 cm, born in Pietra Ligure and raised in Loano in the province of Savona. Cattaneo appears on the stage of the A2 in 2016 when he marries the Mondovì project. After two consecutive seasons he moved to Parella Torino where he played in the B championship to regain, just a year later, the spotlight of Serie A: Tipiesse Cisano Bergamasco first and then Pineto (both in A3). The 2021/22 sports season sees him protagonist again in Serie A2 among the ranks of the newly promoted Motta di Livenza, the rest is recent history.
